Before You Start Therapy

Whether you've been to therapy before or not, it's common to feel apprehensive about your first appointment with a new therapist. This worksheet can help you get your thoughts and feelings organized to help you go in with a little more clarity on what you hope to accomplish. While exercises like this are not necessary to start therapy, sometimes a little preparation can help give you the extra peace you need to walk through the office door for the first time.
